Each month we’ll focus on a different topic: From managing your desires (I’m talking about the desire for wine and anything else you have a hard time saying no to) to managing anxiety. You’ll learn how to show up as your best self at work, at home, in your relationships, and with yourself.
Weekly Skill-Building. If you want to learn how to manage your mind, you need to actually practice the tools that will help you do just that. Each week, you’ll get an audio download from me and an exercise to practice. This isn’t just an academic exercise: you’ll be testing out these tools in real life.
Live group coaching calls twice a week. Here’s what I know from coaching hundreds of women one-on-one and in small group settings: when women come together, the results are CRAZY powerful. Not only does it create a sense of solidarity to be surrounded by other smart, accomplished women, but nothing compares when it comes to dissolving shame and feeling alone in your struggle.
Online coaching Monday through Friday. Having a meltdown at work? Woke up in a shame spiral? You’ll have quick, easy access on your phone or computer to a small group where you can ask questions and get coaching on the fly.
